The following grief counseling and support groups are available in our region. These organizations offer help to people who have experienced loss through death. Your funeral director can offer additional information at your request.
Mary’s Place – A Center for Grieving Children and Families

Specialties: Peer support groups for children ages 3 – 12 and teens 13 – 18, who have experienced the death of a parent, sibling or significant person.
New Day Counseling Center
Specialties: Support and therapy to families and individuals who have experienced a loss; and also to anyone who desires guidance in the areas of anxiety and panic attacks, depression, low self-worth, step-family and parenting issues, teen and adolescent counseling, vocation and life direction, and relationship difficulties.
