Our professional assistance in coordinating these services goes beyond scheduling, ushering and arranging flowers. Whether the services are held at the funeral home, a house of worship, cemetery, or public place, we are there to assist you. We are glad to care for offerings to clergy, musicians and others, which can often be uncomfortable for a family to do at this time. We can bring appropriate stands, easels or other equipment necessary for appropriate personal displays and be sure all your wishes and every detail are carried out. We work unobtrusively, yet can guide family members or church volunteers who wish to assist. Gently guiding and gathering family appropriately, warmly greeting guests, and assisting those with special needs are part of our expertise. We are prepared for the unexpected and our help assures that the clergy and others can concentrate fully on their roles. Everyone who has experienced this quiet, yet efficient attention to detail has thanked us for making this experience as special as it should be.

Our Special Selections

Live Music - Nothing is as touching as live music during a ceremony or ritual. Our experienced staff may arrange for bagpipers in Scottish attire, harpist, or musical groups to play during the visitation or services.

Releases - doves, butterflies or balloons. At the gravesite, this can be a touching way of letting go.

Horse - drawn or Alternative Hearses - To reflect the life of the person, some families will select to have a horse-drawn hearse, farm truck, fire truck, or other vehicle transport the casket or urn to the cemetery.

Videographers - As people move to different areas of the country or world, it is often helpful to have a video of the services, flowers, and tributes during funerals and memorial services to share with other family members who cannot attend.

Video Tribute - A collection of your favorite photographs can be set to music similar to a “life collage” and played during the visitation or funeral service.

Burial at Sea - We can assist families when the cremated remains are to be scattered at sea or when the request is for a full burial at sea.

Concierge Service

Our unique “concierge” service helps a family with hotel, restaurant and transportation arrangements that can be difficult to do during stressful times. We have information about caterers and restaurants available for gathering after services. We have negotiated special bereavement fares and rates for family members.

Personalized Cards and Programs

Using your photographs, our own graphic designer will work closely with you to design, create and print picture prayer cards or special programs for the funeral or memorial service that truly reflect a person’s life. We have available stock cards or you may choose to create your own.

Poster Boards

We provide you with poster boards to be used for your photo memories. These can be displayed during the services in special frames.

Celebrant-Led Family Services

Some families have no organized religious affiliation. We are able to help a family plan and implement a meaningful service of their own incorporating music, readings and reflections by family and friends.
