| Gary Mather joined the Carmon Funeral Homes in 1992 and currently serves as our Operations Manager. He is a licensed funeral director and embalmer and has been in the funeral profession since 1985. He is a graduate of New England Institute in Boston, where he earned his Associate's degree in Mortuary Science. He is currently working on completing his Bachelor's Degree in Business. Gary served in the Marine Corps for seven years as a Meteorologist, and was also the head chef at a popular restaurant in Windsor Locks.
Some of Gary's hobbies include fishing, taxidermy, cooking and baking. He loves animals and has two cats at home. Gary lives in East Windsor with his wife of 26 years, Sharon, their daughter Stephanie and their son, Rich.
