| Jay is part of the third generation at Carmon Funeral Homes. He was previously the owner/cook at "Jay's Hometown Grill" in Windsor.
He lives in Suffield with his wife Christina, who is a teacher in the Windsor Locks Public School system. Jay is a member of Holy Trinity Orthodox Church in Willimantic, CT.
He is current member of the Windsor Exchange Club and a past board member. A former member of the Windsor Volunteer Fire Department he served with the Poquonock Fire Company.
He is active in support roles at the funeral home while he completes his education to receive his funeral director's license.
