| David joined the staff at Carmon Funeral Home in August of 1979. He served in the United States Marine Corps from 1974 to 1976 as a Corporal in 3rd Maine Air Wing, California. He attended New England Institute of Applied Arts & Science and graduated in 1979 with a Degree in Mortuary Science. He is a member of National Funeral Directors Association and received the Certified Funeral Service Practitioner Designation in 1998.
David and his wife Susan have four children. He is a member of First Church in Windsor, United Church of Christ and presently serves on the board of trustees. He is Past President and member of the South Windsor Chamber of Commerce and also a member of the Rotary Club of South Windsor.
In his quiet time David enjoys such hobbies as gardening, cooking, reading and golfing.
