David J. Myers Obituary

MYERS. David James Myers, 35, of East Granby, beloved son of William and Nancy Myers of East Granby, passed away unexpectedly Saturday, (April 14, 2012). Born May 26, 1976 in Hartford he had lived in East Granby all his life. At an early age he found his love for cars. He was an avid NASCAR fan and was the crew chief of the championship team at Riverside Park for modified racing. Besides cars he enjoyed fishing and spending time with family, friends and his best companion "Daisy". Besides his parents, William and Nancy Myers, he is survived by a sister, Tracy Bennour of East Granby; a niece, Alexis Bennour of East Granby; his best friend, Scott Lennon; and many aunts, uncles, cousins and friends. He was predeceased by his good friend, Jason Miller.
