MONTY. Anne L. Monty, 97, of Suffield, beloved wife of the late Leon W. Monty passed away Saturday, (November 24, 2012). Born August 4, 1915 in Mansfield, MA she was the daughter of the late Walter and Margaret (Innes) Andrews. She lived in Suffield for over 65 years raising her family and volunteering. Anne was a lifelong member of Second Baptist Church in Suffield. She was an avid bowler right up to age 95. She was a member of a bowling league at Bradley Bowl and nothing made her happier than throwing that ball down the lane. Anne is survived by two sons, Carl Monty and his wife, Maggie of Granby; William Monty and his wife, Lillian of Agawam, MA, two daughters, Kimberley Zaczynski of Windsor Locks, Valerie Gauthier and her husband, Bob of Windsor Locks; a brother, D. Clinton Andrews and his wife, Pat of Rock Hill, SC; a sister, Gladys Cinelli of Mansfield, MA; four grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren. Anne's eyes always lit up when her great grandchildren came to visit and took great joy in watching them grow. She was predeceased by a brother, Harry Andrews; and sister, Virginia Fisher. Kim, Carl and Val would like to express their gratitude for the loving care shown by the staff of Meadowbrook in Granby, especially Marie who always took special care of her. Funeral services are private and at the convenience of her family.
